Fall 2025
We are piloting Year 1 of our Spiritual (Re)Formation Program. We are also piloting a monthly Leadership Support Group - PTA (Platform to Table Anonymous) and a Monastic Retreat. Leaders who are currently, preparing to be, or have served in any sphere of influence are invited to journey with us.
Spiritual (Re)Formation Program
We have charted a 3-Year pathway for leaders to journey from performance based leadership (the Platform) to authentic connection (the Table). Traveling through each year in a small cohort, leaders are (re)formed by God’s unconditional love within the context of a Eucharistic (Christ-centered), trauma-informed, and 12-Step infused community.

Monastic Retreat
December 10-14th, 2025 we are hosting a 4-night silent Advent retreat at New Camaldoli Hermitage and Retreat Center nestled in the wild and rugged cliffs of Big Sur, CA. On this retreat, we will explore our relationship to silence, our comfort in stillness, and our posture in waiting. Together, we will learn how to embrace seasons of darkness in our spiritual lives in anticipation of the Light to come and new Life to be born.

PTA - Leadership Support Group
Platform to Table Anonymous (PTA) is a monthly Zoom support group for leaders who want to learn more about the journey from the Platform (performance based leadership) to the Table (authentic connection). Meetings are trauma-informed and 12-Step infused. They run similarly to other anonymous 12-Step meetings with opening readings, a 20-minute speaker sharing his or her “experience, strength, and hope”, followed by time for members of the group to share.
